NSW's First Choice for Environmental Services

Geotechnique is a member of the Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Association (ACLCA) and offers a complete range of environmental services to site developers, real estate, architects, planners, surveyors, contractors, councils, other government authorities, industry, property purchasers, lessees, or vendors.

We understand and have had experience with many developers, property owners and purchasers who are unaware of the environmental issues associated with the sale, purchase and/or (re) development of a parcel of land.  They are often faced with unexpected costs for site contamination assessments (and possibly remediation), deferred commencement conditions, legal obligations and time delays.  They are also often unaware of the most recent legislation in relation to land contamination.

Geotechnique is committed to not only providing environmental assessment services but also assistance in progressing property sales, purchases, or development applications, by ensuring that the client is aware of procedures under the current legislation.

  • Improper waste disposal practices
  • Accidental spillage of chemicals
  • Incorrect storage of chemicals
  • Polluted groundwater migrating beneath the ground surface
  • Dust settling from industrial emissions

  • Pre-purchase of a parcel of land
  • Land Development Application
  • Rezoning application
  • Evaluation of property for real estate acquisitions
