Geotechnique offers a complete one-stop shop for environmental and geotechnical services for the life of your project. We also offer a complete package during construction to certify all works.

"Craithes" was purchased in 1994 (five years after inception) to accommodate the growth of Geotechnique. Since then, the image of the heritage building has been the company logo.
"Craithes" was built c1870 for Joseph Single, a NSW politician, on part of an early grant c1804 to W.N. Chapman.
The villa residence was originally set within a large garden at the end of a formal driveway, flanked with Peppercorn trees and Bunya Pines, off Castlereagh Road, Penrith, but has been significantly altered by recent commercial land subdivision and loss of main road frontage. Access to the 4853m² property is now from Lemko Place, Penrith.
"Craithes" is listed as an Item of Environmental Heritage within Penrith City Council Heritage Register, has a Permanent Conservation Order under the Heritage Act 1977 and is classified as listed by the National Trust of Australia (NSW).
